Built for the come-down.
Most of us are good at pushing. We train hard, work hard, and stay switched on. What we’re rarely taught is how to come down — how to give the body and nervous system somewhere to actually recover.
Shift State was built to be that place. Not a gym, not a spa, but a center designed around a hollistic sequence of movement, recovery and resetting. You move to open the body. You recover in a communal setting with heat, cold and hyperbarics. And you reset with the Enfold Experience, the deepest letting-go we know how to offer.
We brought Enfold Experience to Henderson after seeing what it did for people elsewhere: a modality born in Bali that more than 100,000 people have now experienced across three continents. Put it next to movement and contrast therapy, under one roof, and something rare happens. People leave on a different setting.
Zach Derr
Zach built Shift State out of his own search for a real reset, somewhere that treated recovery as seriously as training. He’s a certified yoga and acroyoga teacher, a Transformational Breath Facilitator, and has spent years studying how the body actually resets from opening a plant medicine healing center in Mexico to helping build some of the worlds most immersive experiences at AREA15 here in Vegas. After experiencing the LSV modality firsthand in Bali, he set out to bring movement, contrast therapy, and light-sound-vibration together in one intentional space.
“I wanted a place where high-performers could finally switch off and feel the difference in their body the same day.”

One roof, one arc
Every modality is designed to flow into the next, so a single visit moves your whole system.
Felt, not hyped
We’re more interested in how you feel walking out than in buzzwords. Biofeedback keeps us honest.
Intentionally small
A calm, uncrowded space and a limited founding circle. Recovery shouldn’t feel like a rush.
